Hubris : Scarlet's Way (A Dog's World)
"It’s my experience that artist communities
are almost always camps because they appropriate space that nobody else wants
(at the time), but by virtue of a creative progressive view of neighborhoods
they create a demand from others that ultimately marginalizes them, so they
are forever transient." - James Lynch founder of Fforest Camp

What these people did to this lovely little
historic hamlet was despicable.
Keep that in mind ... whatever they say about their
motives and products in the future.
The sign reads "Embrace Local" but was proven to
mean "Throttle Local."
The foundation of that house was reported to be from
the 1600's.
The house itself had great bones and could have
easily been saved.
Those of us in town who saved other houses
know materials and construction very well.
It would have been the perfect business location for an astute
entrepreneur.
Just another instance of artists marginalized by
their own success.
Never forget!
